What Is your return policy?
In case you are not satisfied with any of our products, please do give us a call on 18008911306. Our customer care will try and resolve all your queries and concerns. In an unlikely event of us not being able to meet your requirements, we will offer Cash Refund or Credit Note as per the policy detailed below. We follow a 15 days Return Policy.
Is there any exchange policy?
Miorola offers a flat 80% Life Time Exchange policy on its entire range of Gold and Diamond Jewellery. Silver and Gemstones are not covered under this policy. The 80% value will be determined based on the prevailing prices of the Gold and Diamonds on the day of exchange of jewellery.
How do I know that the jewellery I have bought is genuine?
All our products are Hallmarked and Certified by Independent Labs of International repute such as EGL.
What if the product gets misplaced/stolen during transit?
All items that we ship are Insured hence please be rest assured that it’s our responsibility to ensure that you receive the ordered product.
What if I don't like the product after buying?

Can I cancel the Order?

How Long it takes for the refunds to reflect in my accounts?
Depending upon the payment method used, it can take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank/card statement.
