Returns and Refund

Our first and foremost goal is to deliver excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times after you purchase from us, if you are not completely satisfied with any item we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. 100% Money-Back Policy. For your items to qualify for a full refund they must be in their original sellable state and be sent back with all the accompanying certificates and in original packaging.

JEWELLERY THAT IS COVERED UNDER 100% RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Product should be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Product should be in original packaging.

3. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original Copy of Invoice.

4. If a client places multiple orders within a 30 day period, only the last ordered item of value less than 50000/- will be eligible for a 100% refund.

5. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewellery to the lab for re-certification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer or only 90%-80% refund will be done.

6. The exchange amount or refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

7. In case of an exchange, if the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. If the value of the new product is lower, then the balance amount will be refunded back to the customer.

8. In case of a refund, payment of the refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 days of receipt of product.

9. The amount of the product being returned should not exceed Rs.50,000.

10. Value above Rs.50,000 is only eligible for exchange whether it is Customized or non-Customized diamond or gold jewellery. Call our customer support for more details.


JEWELLERY THAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Customized Jewellery which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from the customer are not eligible for 30-days Return.

2. Any item which has been worn and is not in a resalable condition.

3. Any item which has been re-sized.

Repairs & Resizing Warranty

We promise to repair your damaged piece within one year of purchase free of cost. Here are the terms and conditions:

1. The incremental cost shall be borne by the customer if the resized ring costs more than the existing ring.

2. In case of solitaire, we re-size it free of cost.

3. Side-stone and eternity ring re-sizes is not possible.

4. The differential amount shall be refunded to the customer If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring.

5. Shipping Cost for Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
